Docker Hub does currently have SSO setup at a PoC level, this document is mainly for backup process.

Manually adding a user to the Ministry of Justice Docker Organization

Docker is a MoJ's product of choice for implementation of container images

Users require a license to user Docker due to a change in Docker's licence model.

Pre-requisites

You must have Docker organization Owner permissions.

The request must include the users Docker Username i.e. they must have created a Docker account in advance of requesting to be added to the MoJ subscription.

Adding a User to the MoJ Docker Organization

  1. Login into Docker.

  2. Go to Admin Console

  3. Click "Invite" button

  4. Select "Emails or username"

  5. Add users Docker Username

  6. In the "Select a role" field choose Member

  7. In the @Select a team.." field choose pushers

  8. Click "Invite" button to issue the invite and exit

  9. Notify the user that an invite has been sent
